Himoinsa Energy Services reinforces its international strategy by incorporating Nicolás Loewe into its management team
The appointment of Nicolás Loewe as CEO ushers in a new phase in Himoinsa Energy Services (HES) strategic development and reinforces its firm commitment to growth by offering mobile, modular power and services to key sectors in emerging markets, where decentralised power systems are increasingly in demand.
HES has established itself as a global provider of multi-megawatt temporary power solutions and ultra fast mobilisation for medium-and long-term projects, mainly for power-intensive industrial sectors such as mining, oil and gas, petrochemicals, utilities, public services, serving a wide range of applications.
Nicolás Loewe, who has held positions of responsibility in different regions and operational areas of leading companies in the sector, such as Aggreko, CAT Rental Power and Atlas Copco Rental, etc., will join the team on 1 July. He is confident that this marks the beginning of a new phase in which HES will consolidate its global position.

"We are working on imminent additions in strategic markets and strengthening a global sales structure that already includes key individuals such as Steve Chapman, the commercial director for EMEA. Steve has been involved in numerous important projects since the beginning of HES".

CEO Himoinsa Energy Services (HES)
Even though Himoinsa Energy Services counts with a reliable equipment rental fleets of diesel and spark ignited generators, which means a fleet of equipment that exceeds 250MVA, it plans to expand it by 35% within the next year by adding new units. launched globally at a major show in Madrid, which attracted around 400 attendees
A scalable model with a strong focus on the southern hemisphere
Although Himoinsa Energy Services operates worldwide, its strategy is clearly focused on the southern hemisphere, where there is a growing demand for mobile, modular and decentralised power solutions.
Its aim is to meet the needs of large-scale projects that require high power availability and minimum lead times. It takes a comprehensive approach to the solutions it provides, by offering dedicated engineering, efficient technology and technical advice. To this end, the company has a robust technical and commercial structure that combines highly experienced professionals with local talent in priority regions.
At the same time, it acts as a facilitator of the rental business within the HIMOINSA ecosystem, supporting subsidiaries, distributors and rental companies with which it already works, and opening up opportunities for them in projects where their fleets do not meet the technical requirements, whether in terms of power or available units. In this way, HES acts as a strategic rental partner for the Himoinsa network.
This strategy allows HES to capture large global accounts directly, break into markets in which the Himoinsa network does not operate, and leverage the rental business as an entry point for new commercial operations, thereby driving the group's international expansion.
Efficiency, performance, technology and innovation for your rental fleet
HES's core business is clear: to supply multi-megawatt power solutions to customers who need them, through a constantly evolving fleet of diesel and gas generator sets, transformer stations, and, shortly, battery power storage and generation systems.
The company is also investing in technological innovation by incorporating new product developments specifically designed to meet the needs of large power consumers. An example of this is the recently launched HGY Series of highly efficient generator sets, powered by Yanmar engines, which set a new standard in the power rental sector.
HES provides low carbon temporary power and turnkey solutions to meet the growing global demand for energy-related products and services including project engineering, operations, maintenance and field logistics.
